Mr. Togodui founded the Kajaji Reading Club through his own personal initiative, starting it from nothing and nurturing it into the thriving institution it is today. His tenure as Master of the club has been marked by dedication, discipline, and an unwavering passion for cultivating a love of reading among students.
Having built the club entirely on his own, Mr. Togodui introduced numerous initiatives that shaped the reading culture within the school community from its very foundation. He organized weekly reading sessions, inter-class reading competitions, debate exercises, and vocabulary-building activities that sharpened members' communication and analytical skills. His hands-on approach and willingness to personally guide struggling readers earned him the respect and admiration of both students and fellow teachers.
Through his sole efforts and unwavering commitment, membership of the Kajaji Reading Club grew significantly, as more students became drawn to the vibrant and engaging atmosphere he cultivated virtually single-handedly. He was known for his patience, his encouraging words, and his belief that every student had the potential to become an avid reader and a confident communicator.
